Our Story
'noy was born from a simple idea: Asian street food deserves the same reverence as fine dining. Drawing from Tokyo alleyways, Bangkok night markets, and Seoul's pojangmacha, we built a menu rooted in the flavors and traditions found along the way.
Today, 'noy brings those discoveries to Montreal in an intimate setting where every bao is handcrafted, every cocktail is thoughtfully composed, and every guest is treated like family.
